Solid Rock Recruiting is partnering with a growing commercial painting contractor in Milwaukee, WI to hire a Director of Operations who will own day-to-day operations, improve processes, develop people, and help increase annual revenue while maintaining profitability.

The role leads project management, field operations, scheduling and teams; requires budgeting acumen, strategic thinking, and an ownership mindset to drive growth and ensure profitability across the organization.

Formación

• Experience as Director of Operations or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and improve business operations.
• Experience growing a company while maintaining profitability.
• Strong budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations and production across the company.
• Lead and develop project management, field operations, and support teams.
• Oversee scheduling, production planning, job performance and profitability.
• Identify operational challenges and proactively develop solutions.
• Improve processes, systems, technology, and overall company efficiency.
• Own hiring, training, development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with ownership on goals, priorities, and growth initiatives.
• Provide clear plans with costs and expected outcomes.
• Create accountability and ensure initiatives are implemented.
• Monitor performance and improve efficiency and profitability.
• Work with ownership on sales and BD while owning operations.
• Help develop and execute long-term vision and strategy.
