Job summary

Reingold in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a digital marketer to execute end-to-end campaigns for government, nonprofit, and association clients. You’ll manage paid media, email marketing, and SEO initiatives with a keen eye for detail across multiple client accounts.

The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• At least one to three years of hands-on digital marketing experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Direct experience running or supporting live campaigns in several focus areas — paid media, email marketing, or SEO.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including how to build a campaign, not just read a report.
• Familiarity with GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Comfort with spreadsheets — pivot tables, lookups, and turning messy exports into a clean report.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills, and the ability to explain a technical concept to someone who doesn't work in marketing.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field (or equivalent work experience).

Responsibilities

• Build, traffic, and QA paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic partners and keep them optimized.
• Monitor paid spend against flighted budgets and flag pacing risks early.
• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns in platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign.
• QA every send for rendering, links, and deliverability checks.
• Run A/B tests across paid and email and document learnings for smarter future campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, entity and topic analysis for organic content and paid strategy.
• Track rankings and organic traffic and explain movement with optimization recommendations.
• Participate in client calls and follow through on action items.
• Integrate AI into daily workflow to streamline processes.
• Track billable time across multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
