Job summary

Gold Coast Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a modern, privately owned practice in Burbank. We welcome both beginners and experienced assistants who enjoy helping patients, value teamwork, and want to grow with a practice that's just getting started.

You’ll support the dentist during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, take digital X-rays where permitted, sterilize instruments, and help educate patients on post-operative care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment
• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Take digital X-rays (as permitted by certification)
• Keep operatories organized, stocked, and ready for patient care
• Educate patients on post-operative instructions and oral hygiene
• Support the team in creating an exceptional patient experience
