Arnold Lumber Company is seeking a Counter Sales associate to join our West Kingston, RI team. You will greet customers, process orders, provide quotes, and support stock control and inventory organization using our POS system.

The role is entry-level and emphasizes friendly, helpful service, accuracy in transactions, and ongoing product knowledge to assist customers at the counter and on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of Customer Service/Sales experience preferred.
• Entry level knowledge of products within the department for Promotion and Sale.

Responsibilities

• Staff the Sales Counter, Greeting and Servicing Customers.
• Process orders, enter sales, provide quotes.
• Stock shelves, cycle counts, and organize inventory.
