Goodwill Manasota, Inc. is seeking a full-time Cashier in Bradenton, FL to greet customers, operate the POS, and help maintain a welcoming store floor.

The role requires cash handling, assisting with training new team members, answering calls, and promoting our Change Round Up initiative to support the organization’s mission. Benefits include health coverage, a retirement plan with company match, PTO, and store discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Six months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm.
• Operate the POS to ensure accurate and efficient sales data, price, and information codes on merchandise.
• Welcome customers to participate in a Change Round Up to the nearest dollar to further support our missions.
• Respond to phone calls while offering world class customer service.
• Assist in the training of new team members and cashiers.
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe sales floor and return all unsold merchandise to the floor.
