Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI clearance.
• 15+ years of military experience with 8+ years in SOF enterprise or SOF-adjacent capacity.

• Lead pricing and indirect cost model development for sustainable growth.
• Oversee HR management including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employment agreements.
• Develop and execute marketing and lead generation initiatives.
