The Opportunity
DAT is looking for a detail-oriented Growth Operations Analyst to own the operational mechanics that keep revenue moving cleanly through Outgo's systems. This person will sit at the intersection of Operations, Sales, and RevOps — executing buyout agreements, managing pricing and promotional exceptions through the deal desk, and keeping HubSpot workflows and CRM data accurate and trustworthy. What You’ll Do
Own the execution and workflow of buyout agreements, acting as the connective tissue between Operations, Sales, and RevOps.
Deal Desk
Manage pricing exceptions and partner with Sales on data-driven retention conversations.
HubSpot
Keep Sales workflows and CRM data clean, accurate, and running smoothly.

For Washington-based candidates, in compliance with the Washington State Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is $79,934 - $108,000. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
