Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5+ years in marketing, communications or similar.
- Experience leading teams and managing external partners (agencies, freelancers, contractors).
- Ability to develop integrated marketing strategies and demand generation programs.
- Experience with storytelling, branding, events, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies.
- Lead strategic narrative and communication direction for Rice Alliance and Ion District.
- Develop and optimize customer journeys and demand generation across channels.
- Oversee content, digital marketing, events, media relations, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Manage marketing technology stack and AI-enabled workflows.
