Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is opening a new San Diego location and seeks a hands-on Warehouse/Stock Associate to support our installation teams. The role emphasizes safety, lean processes, and accurate material handling for window replacement projects.

You will unload/load trucks, stage materials, stock warehouse items, and work with vendors while maintaining clean, organized job sites. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on ladders
• Meet job-related safety standards and PPE rules
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Drug test and background check required
• Experience stocking and pulling materials in a warehouse preferred

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety / OSHA regulations
• Learn and apply Lean Principles
• Unload/load installation trucks
• Work with vendors and suppliers
• Site runs to supply needed materials to the various job sites around the San Diego area and beyond
• Materials pickup
• Receiving orders
• Staging of construction materials for installation crews
• Window fabrication and final assembly
• Maintain clean working areas
