Mattress Firm, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading/unloading, staging deliveries, and maintaining organized stock in our Alabama facility.

You will ensure accurate inventory with proper dating and rotation, inspect shipments, and assist with customer pickups while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires operating order pickers and forklifts where applicable, keeping the warehouse clean, and following company procedures.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.

Mansioni

• Load and unload products from trucks and shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store products properly.
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with customer pickups and QA processes.
