Job summary

Mattress Firm, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our supply chain in our Miami area facility. You will load and unload deliveries, stage shipments, keep products organized, and assist customers with pickups while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Prior warehouse experience is preferred and a HS diploma or equivalent is advised. The role requires physical activity, operating equipment, and adherence to company procedures for a clean, well‑organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• General knowledge of warehouse operations and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store products in designated locations.
• Inspect items for defects and ensure proper rotation and dating.
• Assist in customer pickups and provide excellent service.
• Operate warehouse equipment and participate in quality assurance processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize stock areas and aisles.
