Job summary

Menlo Business Brokers, a division of Menlo Group in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Transaction Coordinator to support business brokerage deals from engagement to close. The role collaborates with advisors, handles operations, and drives efficient deal flow in a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will bring experience in M&A or business brokerage, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A related degree is preferred and real estate licensing a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing transactions, contracts, or deal timelines from open to close.
• Strong organization, task-tracking, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support active deals with our advisors and transaction leadership.
• Manage day-to-day flow: client comms, scheduling, CRM tracking.
• Oversee listings and transactions from prospecting through close.
• Prepare, revise, and send listing agreements, prospectuses, NDAs, disclosures for approval and signature.
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables to keep deals moving forward.
• Communicate with clients and handle tasks independently where possible.
• Coordinate listing packages, prospectus prep, and marketing materials.
• Maintain listing information across marketing and brokerage platforms.
• Assist with buyer/seller research and information gathering for advisors.
