Job summary

Qualifications

• Evidence-based evaluation and treatment for adult and pediatric patients with communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehab therapists, and care teams to develop individualized treatment plans and document in the EMR.
• Education delivered to patients and families; participation in quality initiatives and best-practice programs.
