• Set and track goals to improve selling skills and overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards from manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including work lists, cleanup, weekly shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales using the product knowledge manual.
• Aim to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and information by maintaining internal controls and reporting potential fraud.
