Qualifications

• Active or in-progress Florida real estate license is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using CRM software and transaction management tools (training provided).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• For experienced agents: proven closing history or established client base preferred.
• For new agents: no prior sales experience required; a strong work ethic, coachability, and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Guiding buyers and sellers through the transaction process from start to finish
• Prospecting for and developing new client relationships
• Conducting market research and preparing comparative market analyses (CMAs)
• Managing property listings, showings, and open houses
• Negotiating offers and contracts on behalf of clients
• Coordinating with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and title companies
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
