Qualifications

• Active RDA certification and all required state credentials.
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
• Positive, professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and build trust with patients.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, accurate work.
• Reliable, accountable, and able to take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical procedures with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Anticipate doctor needs and assist proactively to maintain smooth procedure flow.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials in advance for on-time patient care.
• Capture high-quality diagnostics (x-rays, scans) ready for review.
• Deliver a positive patient experience with clear communication and post-op instructions.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols at all times.
• Manage operatory flow, room turnover, and supply readiness for a productive schedule.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the day running smoothly and identify workflow improvements.
