Qualifications

• Active RDA certification and state credentials required.
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; accredited dental assisting program preferred.
• Patient-first, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills to educate and build trust with patients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Anticipate doctor needs and maintain smooth procedure flow.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials in advance.
• Capture high-quality diagnostics for review.
• Deliver a positive patient experience with clear communication.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
• Manage operatory flow, room turnover, and supply readiness.
• Collaborate with team to keep the day running smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and team efficiency.
