Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We’re seeking compassionate, reliable team members who want to grow their careers while making meaningful impact in children and families.

Our team offers BCBA supervision and mentoring, ongoing training, flexible scheduling, tuition discounts, and pathways for BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
