Qualifications

• Visually inspects production fixtures and equipment to ensure quality and safety.
• Operates forklift to move materials and load/unload as trained.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment and follows PPE rules.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects production fixtures, spreader bars, lift tables, dumpers, spinners, hoists, chains, and hooks for quality and safety.
• Operates hoist to lift materials out of zinc kettle and ensures proper handling of baskets.
• Maintains a clean kettle and follows paint/galvanizing process standards to ensure product quality.
• Counts, marks, tags, and tracks all order specs including parts and job numbers.
• Performs housekeeping tasks and assists in loading customer material when required.
