Cedar Point Health LLC seeks a Physician – Internal/Primary Care to provide outpatient medical care at our Delta and Cedaredge locations in Colorado. This physician-owned practice supports growth, learning, and career expansion.

The candidate will perform examinations, document in the EHR, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients. Occasional Urgent Care coverage and after-hours call duties are included.

Qualifications

• Colorado medical license and DEA are required.
• Board certification in ABFM or ABIM.
• At least 3 years of Internal Medicine residency.

Responsabilités

• Perform examinations and take complete medical histories.
• Document patient information and care in EHR.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Prescribe medications and treat illnesses.
• Educate patients about diseases, treatments, and prevention.
• Coordinate appropriate specialty referrals.
• Consult with or refer more complex cases to other physicians.
• Educate patients about disease prevention, protection, and reproductive health.
• Occasionally perform tests and cover Urgent Care when required.
• Share after-hours call duties equally.
