Park Village Healthcare in Desoto, TX is seeking Physical Therapists for Full Time, Part Time, and PRN roles to join our in-house rehab program. The facility offers post-acute care including long-term, short-term, and geriatric outpatient services, with opportunities for clinical development and leadership training.

Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and delivering medically necessary treatments, with emphasis on wound care when applicable.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
• Perform procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Generate discharge summaries meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.
