Job summary

Conveo is hiring a Paid Marketing Associate in New York. You will own live campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, manage bids, pacing, QA, and daily performance checks to keep every account on track.

You will generate clear, current reporting for the team, run end-to-end experiments, and respond quickly to quick-turn requests while maintaining high QA standards. A 1–3 year background in paid media is ideal in a fast-growing, YC-backed AI company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in paid search and paid social, ideally in B2B SaaS or agency-side.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Full campaign craft: keyword research, build and structure, audience planning, budget pacing.
• Ability to turn campaign data into trends and actionable recommendations.
• Experience with A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages; strong QA.
• AI-native reporting mindset using Claude for QA and analysis.
• Organized, curious, and strong written communicator.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, QA, and optimize live campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Publish accurate performance reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Plan and run end-to-end experiments; document learnings and scaling recommendations.
• Handle fast-turn requests from brief to results, ensuring speed without QA cost.
