Job summary

PHPMG INC. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing department's campaigns and initiatives from Yukon, OK.

You will coordinate campaigns, manage promotional materials, and assist in executing strategies to boost brand awareness and growth. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields and have at least 2 years of corporate marketing experience, with strength in digital channels and event coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proven track record coordinating marketing campaigns and events.
• Experience in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media and email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Manage and update the company’s social media platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Maintain and update the marketing database and customer relationship management systems.
• Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
• Support the marketing team in administrative tasks and project management duties.
