Job summary

Blür Med Spa in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced esthetician to grow with a brand in transition and a planned franchise expansion. You will be part of a close-knit team and contribute to long-term growth while delivering high-quality client care.

The role covers facials, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare, with emphasis on safety and sanitation. A Texas esthetician license is required; laser certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician in Texas with proven experience in facials and laser treatments
• Certified laser technician is a bonus
• Familiarity with chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion
• Strong communication and client-care skills

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate and connect professionally with each new client as one of the main faces of the company
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend personalized treatments
• Perform skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion
• Deliver laser treatments safely and with precision
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend retail products
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards for all treatments and equipment
