Qualifications

• Active Nevada Bar admission required (JD from ABA-accredited school).
• 3-5 years of employment litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Draft and argue motions and take/defend depositions.
• Represent clients in federal, state court and before agencies (EEOC, NLRB).
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment law challenges and handbook updates.
