Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking cashiers to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers, with flexibility to perform various duties based on business needs. Training is available for those with no experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, ensuring food safety for fresh foods, and maintaining cleanliness across the store and pumps. Opportunities exist for cross-training and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions and addressing needs.
• Balancing a cash register and completing transactions, with upsell opportunities while following laws.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items and answering questions.
• Balancing a cash register and processing transactions, with opportunities to upsell products.
• Maintain food safety for fresh and deli items using appropriate methods and equipment.
• Clean and maintain the working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers and pumps.
• Cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services and Maintenance.
