Qualifications

• Excellent communication with management, servers, teammates and guests.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, mixing techniques and garnishes.
• Must visually scan restaurants for cleanliness.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Accurate cash handling and ability to calculate tips.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating customer volume.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve standard cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
