Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• CPA license preferred or active CPA status.
• 3+ years of experience in a public accounting firm.
• Strong Excel skills and audit software proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented, professional demeanor and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and skillfully performing audits.
• Preparing audit work papers and adjusting trial balances.
• Utilizing time management to plan and schedule client engagements.
• Assembling trial balances and compiling financial statements into a written report.
• Effectively communicating financial information to clients and colleagues.
• Continuously fostering relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Traveling to some client sites.
