Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the Demand Generation team in driving patient acquisition and growth across the Charleston and Hilton Head regions. The role partners with regional managers to align priorities and execute data-driven campaigns.

The position is in-office, Monday–Friday, with travel between Charleston and Hilton Head as needed. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year marketing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business; Graduate Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, management, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns for patient acquisition and priority services across the SC region.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with objectives, audiences, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with multiple marketing teams to develop coordinated campaign strategies and tactics.
• Manage multiple campaigns and projects, maintaining timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Stay current on evolving marketing channels, paid media strategies, audience trends, and industry best practices.
