Position Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to own and scale our digital presence, drive measurable growth, and help lay the foundation of a high-performing marketing department. This role requires a unique mix of creativity, analytics, and execution. The ideal candidate understands how to combine compelling content with data-driven insights to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage organic and paid channels, oversee our website and SEO, create and document processes, and help shape how a high-growth marketing team operates. Fire service experience or familiarity with the industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own organic social media across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube).
  • Run paid campaigns on META, LinkedIn, and Google Ads with strong reporting and ROI focus.
  • Manage ongoing website updates with fresh copy, videos, and landing pages.
  • Conduct regular SEO analysis and implement strategies to drive organic search growth.
  • Create compelling content (copy, graphics, videos) that translates technical product info into engaging storytelling.
  • Edit videos and design creative assets to support campaigns and social growth.
  • Be open to using advanced AI video editing tools to quickly create visually appealing video content.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs, ad performance, SEO metrics, and campaign ROI.
  • Use insights to optimize strategies and continuously improve results.
  • Not be afraid of trying new things that could fail and if they do fail, learn, adapt, and re-launch better.

Process & Documentation

  • Build and document repeatable marketing processes, playbooks, and procedures to scale a fast-growing team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Events & Conferences

  • Support event marketing campaigns, from planning and promotion to on-site execution.
  • Capture and repurpose event content for ongoing marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven success running META, LinkedIn, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience owning social media strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with industry-relevant content experience.
  • SEO strategy and website content management experience.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ad manager dashboards, META Business Suite, HubSpot CRM a plus).
  • Ability to create process documents and build scalable marketing workflows.
  • Video editing and graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Firefighting experience or experience in the fire industry is a strong plus.
  • Event management or conference marketing experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
