Job summary

Facility Solutions Group is seeking an Inbound / Outbound Marketing Representative to develop and convert contacts into leads and leads into customers through FSG's marketing channels. The role includes answering incoming sales calls, making outbound calls, and generating interest across campaigns.

You will gather information, enter it into lead management software, and follow up to schedule product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
• Experience in a customer service environment is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls.
• Make outbound calls to listed leads and contacts.
• Generate interest through conversations started through phone calls, emails, and other campaign strategies.
• Gather basic information from prospective customers and enter into lead management software.
• Follow up with inbound inquiries to encourage engagement, provide helpful content, and schedule product demonstrations.
• Support marketing team with day-to-day activities.
• Daily follow-up phone calls with leads.
• Assist Marketing team with other ad-hoc marketing-related activities and projects.
• Interact with internal peers and management to align on strategies.
