Job summary

Waypost is seeking a Commercial Operations & Marketing Manager to build a systematic, effective sales and marketing engine. You will own HubSpot operations, campaign planning, LinkedIn activity, ABM, and digital marketing execution while translating leadership input into scalable campaigns and content.

This hands-on manager-level role collaborates with the CEO and leadership team to enhance marketing strategy, content calendar, and website updates, with opportunities to expand marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing operations, commercial ops, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems; HubSpot preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn posting, email marketing, newsletters, and ABM workflows.
• Strong writing, editing, and message-polishing skills.
• Ability to translate leadership input into structured campaigns and content.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HubSpot data quality, contact management, deal tracking, tasks, lists, segmentation, and reporting support.
• Maintain clean records for prospects, clients, referral partners, COIs, and opportunities.
• Track follow-ups, meeting outcomes, and campaign activity; report to leadership.
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements to HubSpot structure and processes.
• Coordinate ABM and campaign execution across HubSpot, LinkedIn, email, and website content.
• Develop and manage LinkedIn content calendar and executive visibility.
• Support messaging, content, and sales enablement materials; maintain content libraries.
• Assist proposals, SOWs, and sales materials coordination.
