Piper Companies is looking for a strategic and hands-onGrowth Marketing Managerto drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across a suite of B2B SaaS products. The Growth Marketing Manager role is remote and must work EST or CST hours. The Growth Marketing Managerroleis ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about building scalable marketing systems that support product-led growth.

Responsibilities of the Growth Marketing Manager include:

  • Lead the transition from sales-led to product-led growth, including the development of PQL processes and account-based scoring models.
  • Launch and manage lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, re-engagement, upgrades) using email, in-app messaging, and other channels.
  • Optimize the self-serve user journey and support the transition from individual users to team-based adoption.

Qualifications for the Growth Marketing Manager include:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on growth or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong data literacy and comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and reports.

Compensation for the Growth Marketing Manager includes:

·Salary: $145,000 - $175,000 annually

·Competitive bonus plan

·Comprehensive benefit: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law
