Piper Companies is looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across a suite of B2B SaaS products. The Growth Marketing Lead role is remote and must work EST or CST hours. The Growth Marketing Lead role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about building scalable marketing systems that support product-led growth.

Responsibilities of the Growth Marketing Lead include:

  • Lead the transition from sales-led to product-led growth, including the development of PQL processes and account-based scoring models.
  • Launch and manage lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, re-engagement, upgrades) using email, in-app messaging, and other channels.
  • Optimize the self-serve user journey and support the transition from individual users to team-based adoption.

Qualifications for the Growth Marketing Lead include:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on growth or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong data literacy and comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and reports.

Compensation for the Growth Marketing Lead includes:

  • Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 annually
  • Competitive bonus plan
  • Comprehensive benefit: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law
