Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, seeks a Marketing Manager to drive data‑driven growth across multiple markets. You will work directly with the Senior Director of Marketing as the core analytical engine measuring performance across digital, traditional, and F2F channels.

This hands‑on role focuses on optimization, campaign delivery, and partnering with Home Base teams to translate insights into local opportunities and effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6+ years in D2C lead generation or B2C marketing with multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience in digital channels (paid search/social, display) and traditional channels (DM, print, radio).
• Analytical, structured thinker who communicates insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a heavy project load in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing performance tracking across lead sources and channels.
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly reporting at market and source levels.
• Ensure accurate lead attribution, call scripting, and campaign timing.
• Research local opportunities in print, mail, radio, partnerships.
• Coordinate with Home Base marketing to align timelines, assets, and targeting.
