IDESCO is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand awareness, digital marketing, demand generation, and website optimization. You will drive growth through performance marketing, CRM automation, content strategy, and ongoing site improvements.

This hands-on role favors strategic, results-driven marketers with a background in security tech or related B2B fields. The ideal candidate will manage SEO/GA4, lead-gen programs, paid media, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering measurable ROI

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, and e‑commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications.
• Ideal experience includes one or more relevant industries: Security, access control, ID badging, visitor management, identification products, or adjacent B2B technical markets.
• Strong experience managing websites, landing pages, and e‑commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand visibility across digital channels for IDESCO.
• Develop lead-generation programs to support sales growth in key verticals.
• Manage and optimize the IDESCO website and e-commerce experience.
• Create and manage content, campaigns, email/CRM workflows, and product marketing assets.
• Partner with leadership, sales, and operations to support growth priorities.
• Track results, report KPIs, and continuously improve marketing ROI.
