Xage Security is seeking a high-energy Marketing Manager to expand its digital footprint and scale marketing programs. This entry-level role focuses on hands-on digital marketing, content management, and SEO with a plan-driven approach.

You will develop and execute campaigns, measure performance, and test new ideas to drive growth. The role emphasizes website management, paid-support workflows, and social engagement, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and content quality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, corporate marketing, or a related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and content-development skills.
• Hands-on experience managing SEO, social media, websites, and digital campaigns, including the use of AI-assisted marketing, design, analytics, and content-production tools.
• Demonstrated ability to take a program from planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing attention to detail.
• Experience working with work management platforms (Asana), marketing analytics platforms, and social publishing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use performance data to make practical marketing decisions.
• High level of initiative, creativity, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Execute an integrated digital marketing and content plan that increases brand visibility, website traffic, and website & social engagement.
• Manage the content calendar and oversee the development, review, approval, publication, and promotion of content across the website, social media, email, and digital campaigns.
• Repurpose blogs, webinars, customer stories, research, and company news into effective content for multiple channels.
• Maintain and improve the company website, including page updates, campaign launches, content publication, conversion optimization, and quality assurance.
• Own day-to-day SEO and GEO execution, working with internal teams and agency partners on content optimization, internal linking, and search visibility.
• Track performance across content, website, social, SEO, and GEO, using insights to improve future execution.
• Manage Xage's organic social media presence, including editorial planning, publishing, improve community engagement, accelerate followership on LinkedIn & key social media channels, and performance analysis.
• Support paid social and other digital advertising programs by coordinating campaign messaging, creative assets, landing pages, and agency deliverables.
