We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition as Base expands into new markets nationwide. You’ll own targets, craft offline and digital campaigns, and develop playbooks that scale growth while aligning with market growth plans.

Qualifications

• Growth marketer with hands-on ownership of acquisition campaigns across offline and/or digital channels.
• Strong understanding of campaign operations including production workflows and vendor management.
• Experience with segmentation, A/B testing at scale, and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own customer acquisition targets across growth channels with CPA and conversion accountability.
• Build and manage acquisition campaigns across offline and digital channels, including creative development and audience targeting.
• Design and run rigorous tests and use results to improve performance across channels.
