As a Growth Marketing Manager at Braindate, you will take our marketing engine to the next level by owning the strategy and execution of integrated, data-driven campaigns that drive pipeline growth, accelerate the buyer journey, and fuel revenue.

You’ll design and optimise full-funnel programs that generate qualified marketing leads and nurture them effectively. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Experience teams, you’ll create targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience and amplify our impact. Grounded in both analytics and creativity, your work will convert prospects into customers – delivering measurable results with curiosity, rigor, and collaboration.

Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, build, and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns -including paid media (G2, digital ads), SEO/SEM, PR, newsletters, content syndication, webinars, and ABM support.
  • Develop and maintain detailed campaign calendars, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • A/B test creatives, messaging, and formats to continuously improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
  • Own and optimise the HubSpot ecosystem: manage workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, email nurture sequences, and mailing lists.
  • Design and execute lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the funnel and re-engage dormant leads.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth MQL → SQL handoff and align nurture efforts with sales priorities.
Website & Digital Experience Management
  • Oversee website content updates, new page creation, and conversion optimisation (CTAs, forms) in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Monitor website performance, SEO metrics, and user engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
Braindate Gatherings Execution
  • Own the end-to-end planning, promotion, execution, and growth of Braindate Gatherings—our themed online community engagement events.
Marketing-Sales Funnel Alignment & Reporting
  • Monitor funnel performance and conversion rates across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign strategies aligned with revenue goals and ICP.
  • Own campaign KPIs and deliver regular reporting on lead generation, pipeline influence, paid media ROI, SEO impact, and database growth using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Role Requirements
  • Experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in SaaS, event tech, or a startup/growth-stage environment.
  • Proven success creating and scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads and convert to pipeline.
  • Deep understanding of the demand generation funnel and modern marketing best practices.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience with marketing software tools like marketing automation platforms, CRM (e.g., Hubspot), paid media tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven, curious, and iterative—you love testing ideas and learning what works.
