Job summary

Injective is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive the full user growth lifecycle for our soon-to-launch trading app. You will lead campaigns from awareness to activation and retention, partnering with Product and Business Development to translate brand to product usage, expand audience reach, and optimize growth loops.

You will manage Go-to-Market plans, analyze funnel data to remove friction, and drive creator-led growth across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Growth Marketing within Web3/crypto.
• Deep understanding of trading, crypto culture and user behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee Go-to-Market campaign plans.
• Lead growth initiatives for user acquisition, activation and engagement.

About the role

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the full user growth lifecycle for our soon-to-be-launched trading app, from awareness to acquisition, activation, and retention. Your mission will be to convert brand awareness into product usage and expand our reach to new audiences. You’ll be part of our Marketing team, working closely with the Product and Business Development teams to craft and execute growth strategies that drive adoption of our new trading app.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee Go-to-Market campaign plans.

• Lead growth marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement, and be accountable for the growth and trading metrics behind it.

• Analyze user funnels and behavior to identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, and retention.

• Drive organic and creator‑led growth through UGC and short‑form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) — sourcing, briefing, and scaling creators and KOLs who can bring real users and liquidity, not just social reach.

• Work closely with the Product team to understand and clearly communicate the product’s value proposition.

• Conduct market research to position our products effectively, working closely with Product, and Business Development teams.

• Work cross‑functionally with the Product team to identify and track key growth KPIs.

• Build onboarding flows, email drips, and in‑app campaigns to improve activation and retention.

• Analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.

• Engage with crypto communities to increase awareness and product adoption.

• Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify whitespace and strategic growth opportunities.

• Translate growth insights into actionable roadmaps and priorities.

• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing within the Web3 or crypto space.

• Deep understanding of trading, crypto culture, trends, and user behavior.

• Experience developing growth strategies specifically for DEXs or crypto exchanges.

• Proven track record of driving user growth through measurable strategies.

• Strong UGC and creator management experience across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Experience building and scaling growth loops and acquisition funnels.

• Experience in creating and executing GTM strategies.

• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to design innovative marketing campaigns aligned with product goals.

• Ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to optimize strategies.

• Understanding of Web3 user behavior and experience onboarding both crypto‑native and new‑to‑crypto audiences.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

• Must be fluent in English.
