Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Drive go-to-market by planning, executing, and scaling growth marketing campaigns to connect Meta’s advertisers with Sales and similar offers, facilitating adoption of advertising best practices.
  2. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure timely and accurate launches.
  3. Work with data teams to understand audiences and use cases, informing strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.
  4. Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables, and goals.
  6. Own quarterly goals across relevant KPIs and drive quarter-over-quarter growth.
  7. Work remotely from anywhere in the US permitted.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, plus six years of relevant work experience.
  2. Experience must include six years in at least two of the following areas:
    1. Email, Digital Ads, or lifecycle marketing
    2. A/B Testing and lift measurement
    3. Partnering with sales or product teams to deliver marketing campaigns
    4. Influencing and guiding cross-functional teams
    5. Driving go-to-market strategies and business results
    6. Generating insights to improve marketing response and efficiency

Public Compensation: $224,667/year to $244,200/year + bonus + equity + benefits
