Job Summary As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will become the performance and measurement layer across our Marketing organization, turning our digital channels into measurable pipeline and revenue drivers. This position takes full ownership of paid search, paid social, CTV, retargeting, and other performance channels currently supported by our agency partner, bringing that expertise fully in-house. A key member of the Marketing team, you will connect campaign activity to CRM, leads, opportunities, and revenue, continuously test and optimize the customer journey, and partner with Content, Brand, and Digital to establish KPIs for major marketing initiatives. This role also provides execution guidance and mentorship to our Digital Marketing Specialist through a dotted-line relationship. Works independently on special projects according to agreed timelines and special requests. Could have direct reports.

Additionally, handling sensitive and confidential information is part of the job. Standard office equipment such as laptops and smartphones are regularly utilized, and noise levels typically range from low to moderate.
