Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience managing large-scale campaigns for B2B companies in a lead generation capacity.
• 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid social (LinkedIn, Meta) and CTV/Digital ad spend.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead multi-channel integrated campaigns.
• Review campaign performance and elevate the team's technical proficiency.
• Own performance narrative for Tier 1 programs.
