You’ll blend strategy with hands-on execution, building repeatable systems, testing channels, and turning data into growth decisions. You’ll collaborate with editorial to extend reach and measure impact across metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing and audience growth.
• Proven ability to grow email newsletters and social reach.
• Strong understanding of SEO and organic search.
• Experience with email marketing and newsletters.
• Ability to plan and execute social media strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report performance with data.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
• Content marketing experience and audience retention.

Responsibilities

• Own audience growth across channels: newsletter, social, SEO, and content distribution.
• Identify opportunities to reach founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
• Track growth, test strategies, and iterate on what works.
• Turn audience insights into actionable marketing decisions.
• Build repeatable systems for acquiring and retaining readers.
• Grow email subscriber base and develop newsletter campaigns.
• Improve email engagement (opens, clicks, retention).
• Develop and execute a social distribution strategy for content.
• Optimize content for SEO and distribution with editorial alignment.
• Monitor performance and report on growth metrics.
