Guidehouse is seeking a Growth Marketing Director for Defense and Security to lead digital-first marketing programs aligned to sector growth and revenue goals.

Reporting to the CMO, you will drive multi-channel campaigns, content, events, and social strategies to build brand and generate leads across the US and globally. This role requires 12+ years in marketing, consultancy experience, and strong leadership to guide a distributed team and partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 12+ years of marketing growth experience across multi-channel programs.
• Experience in consultancy marketing and D&S services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation programs across digital channels.
• Lead content initiatives and social media management to drive awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on go-to-market programs.
• Drive lead generation and pipeline with ABM and geo-targeted campaigns.
• Measure and report campaign performance to leadership.
• Manage and develop D&S marketing budget and team.
