We are actively looking for a Growth Marketing Lead (Consultant), below are the details
Reports to: Cheif Marketing Officer
Hourly Rate Range: $57/hour - $82/hour
Location: Remote position; however, candidates must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Job Type: This is a 6-month contract consulting role with a commitment of 30-40 hours per week. Depending on performance and success in driving growth through these new channels, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time, permanent position.
Be the Architect of New Growth – Define, Build, and Scale Impactful Marketing Channels
We’re on the hunt for an innovative and strategic Director of Growth Marketing to build and execute a roadmap for unlocking new, high-impact marketing channels. This is a newly created role, giving you a unique opportunity to step in as a thought leader and directly shape the future of our growth strategy.
As part of a data-driven, highly collaborative team, you will be responsible for defining, testing, and optimizing new marketing channels to fuel business expansion. Your work will directly influence key business outcomes – from customer acquisition and engagement to long-term revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop a full-funnel marketing strategy by identifying and evaluating potential new marketing channels to reach target audiences. Develop implement strategies to test and scale these channels effectively.
- Execution and Optimization: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various paid channels (paid social, video & display advertising, TV, etc). Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives. Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance landing pages and conversion/lead gen flows. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve return on investment. Turn successful tests into repeatable, high-performing acquisition channels that fuel long-term business growth.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for all growth marketing initiatives. Partner with the analytics team to build a measurement framework that guides marketing investments, measures the effectiveness of the new channels and optimizations. Utilize date-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of scaling acquisition campaigns across multiple paid channels.
- A data-driven decision-maker, comfortable analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly. Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
- Experience managing and optimizing budgets for paid media campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing attribution models.
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- A self-starter with excellent communication and leadership skills, excited to take ownership of a newly created role with a huge opportunity for impact.
