The ideal candidate is quant-driven and has experience in health tech, specifically targeting Medicare or senior populations.
We need a Growth Marketing Lead with 8-10+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically scaling paid channels profitably (Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). You should be quant-driven, AI-curious, and have at least one meaningful role in healthcare/health tech (not biotech). You will be hands-on with performance marketing, funnel optimization, and retention experiments, leveraging AI tools, first-party data, and deep analytics to drive efficient CAC, improved conversion, and stronger LTV. Bonus points if you have marketed directly to Medicare or senior populations, built SEO, organic, affiliate, or influencer channels, or worked cross-functionally with product/ops to improve retention and LTV.
