This is a rare opportunity to build out marketing from the ground up. You’ll own demand generation, shape our go-to-market strategy, and experiment across multiple functions to drive scalable, repeatable growth.

About the Role

As our first marketing hire, you'll define how Exante reaches and converts customers, directly influencing revenue and market adoption.

You’ll work alongside the founders in a fast-moving, hands-on environment, testing and scaling what works. Your work will set the foundation for Exante’s long-term growth engine, and include the following, among other things:

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Run lead generation via SEO, outbound, partnerships, paid ads and events.
  • Set up email nurturing, retargeting, and automation to drive conversions.
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for maximum impact.

Go-To-Market & Product Marketing

  • Develop messaging and positioning to engage target customers.
  • Create content, sales collateral, and case studies to showcase Exante’s value.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to successfully launch and market new features.
  • Run quick, scrappy experiments to see what works—whether it’s a new campaign, message, or acquisition channel.
  • Analyze data to figure out what’s driving sign-ups and where prospects are dropping off.
  • Double down on what’s working to build repeatable, scalable growth strategies.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, or demand gen.
  • Hands-on with SEO, paid ads, outbound, email marketing, and automation tools.
  • Proven ability to acquire and convert leads with limited resources.
  • Data-driven and comfortable tracking and optimizing key marketing metrics.
  • Strong copywriter able to craft messaging that resonates.
  • Thrives in early-stage environments: scrappy, adaptable, and execution-focused.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS / fintech or AI-powered products.
  • Previous founding team or early-stage startup experience.
