Our Growth Marketing team thrives on experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimization. We’re looking for an Associate Growth Product/Project Manager with strong analytical skills, a touch of creativity, and a passion for building and testing new ideas to accelerate growth.
What You’ll Do:
    Experimentation & Optimization: Design, execute, and analyze experiments to increase bookings and improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    Data-Driven Analysis & Strategy: Run analyses on user behavior, experiment results and campaign performance to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive growth.
    Creative Problem-Solving: Identify new growth opportunities, research industry trends and competitors, brainstorm creative ideas, and test different approaches to uncover the most effective strategies
    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, Customer Care, and Engineering teams to implement growth initiatives and ensure project success.
    Project Management: Lead growth projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, aligned with strategic goals, well-documented, and effectively communicated to stakeholders.
    Prioritization & Roadmapping: Assess high-impact opportunities and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
    Competitor & Industry Research: Conduct competitive and industry research to identify trends, uncover new opportunities, and develop data-driven growth strategies
    Insights & Reporting: Share experiment results and key learnings with stakeholders, turning insights into actionable plans for continued experimentation and next steps.
    Marketing Creative Development: Develop creative concepts and messaging strategies aligned with campaign objectives.

    Strong Communication Skills: Able to present complex insights in a clear, concise way to technical and non-technical audiences.
    Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver on time.
    Attention to Detail: Ensures quality and accuracy in data, testing, and project execution.
    Creativity: Able to develop compelling messaging, innovative campaign ideas, and engaging content that captures audience attention and drives action.
    Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a test-and-learn culture.
    Eagerness to Learn and Grow: Enthusiastic about receiving feedback, continuously improving skills, and staying open to new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
    1-4 years of experience
    Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Amplitude, Iterable, Braze)
    Experience with A/B testing
    Excel Proficiency: Strong ability to analyze and manipulate data using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas)
    Prior experience in a growth-focused, analyst, or project management role
    Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
    Prior experience working at a mobile app is a plus
    Experience with JSON and basic HTML is a plus
    Work with developing creative concepts is a plus
    Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus
