Job description

Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer, prospect, and buyer intent data using tools such as Bombora, Lead Forensics, Zoominfo, CRM, and marketing automation platforms to identify behavioral patterns and performance opportunities across digital campaigns.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to scale outreach and nurture leads using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and related MarTech platforms.
  • Develop and manage segmentation logic, data pipelines, and audience activation strategies within marketing automation and CRM systems, aligned to content, product positioning, and channel mix.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments across email, paid social, landing pages, and other digital channels using advertising platforms, analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor campaign and content performance through analytics and reporting tools, identify trends and gaps, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Support the development and refinement of buyer personas by analyzing needs, pain points, and behavioral signals derived from intent data, engagement data, and CRM insights.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to align messaging, targeting, and campaign execution across platforms.
  • Share insights from U.S. market performance with global marketing teams and international subsidiaries.
  • Identify underutilized or emerging channels and test their potential impact through structured experimentation and rapid iteration.

Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing analytics, or marketing optimization roles
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and MarTech ecosystems
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing workflows
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing platforms and analytics tools
  • Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze funnel metrics and adjust tactics quickly
  • Startup or builder mindset: creative, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting
